It'south a decent intro to round wood construction, every bit at that place aren't many other books on the topic. Overall, though, I was glad I got this from the library.
Agglomeration of typos.
Few pages where text is printed on night groundwork image, so it's hard to read.
Lots of photos, though sometimes they're non helpful (eg. A pic of a gentleman standing in brilliant sunlight holding a tool in dark shadow, and the text says "await at this tool".) It's a decent intro to circular wood structure, as there aren't many other books on the topic. Overall, though, I was glad I got this from the library.

Very detailed guide on using roundwood with useful color photos, including: types of forest best suited, tools, cutting joints. Slightly express by the Great britain perspective, simply the ideas can exist applied to most temperate regions.

The only downside is that the suggested frame doesn't take into business relationship passive solar blueprint. In that location is no thermal mass in the floor equally the firm sits on piers. But you can accept the general ideas of roundwood and apply them to your passive solar design, it will just take a little
